Stone Eden Baptist Church celebrated its Homecoming on Sunday, September 17, 2006. This year was a very special Homecoming for Stone Eden because the school is also celebrating its 25th anniversary. The past two years the church has celebrated Homecoming without a Pastor, but the Lord provided their need on August 18, 2006 with Rodney and Chris Phillips. Both the church and school have truly been blessed throughout the years. We all look forward to what the Lord has in store for Stone Eden Baptist Church and School.

The church service was especially uplifting. The Pastor spoke out of the book of Zechariah about the “True Homecoming”. We all look forward to this day.

We also were blessed to have several teachers and staff members join us for worship. The school was also dedicated to the Lord and all the members of Stone-Eden Baptist Church committed to praying for all the teachers and for the school.

After the service ended, everyone was invited for a “Homecoming Meal” in the Fellowship building.
